Tell me something interesting about your “unique” programs…

You’d probably say “wow, not bad!” if we told you how many types of training with different methodologies we use. Here’s an example…One of our QA training programs typically involves 20+ types of testing. How in the world will a trainee retain all this back on the job?One technique is gamification, for example, using a Pictionary-style game. By making the process visual and participatory – with points and awards, too – everyone has a good time while they learn. We also include reward activities like pizza night and bowling. That’s “F-U-N,” which spells “engagement and productivity.”
Of course since you take your work seriously—and we do, too – we should note that this kind of engagement greatly increases their retention rate, providing higher value for the time and money involved.
